Definitely one of the greatest cars ever made, the 1950 Jaguar Type XK, also known as the XK120.
The Jaguar XK was launched at the 1948 London Motor Show as a concept car basically to show off the newly created XK engine. The XK caused a major commotion at the show and prompted William Lyons to put it into production. The Jaguar XK was without a doubt one of the most beautiful cars in the world at a time… the shapely aluminum body was hand tooled and built up over an ash frame.
