Just do a search for your keyword of interest and then you can watch as the twitter folks use that term. All in real time.

That’s on the actual Tweetgrid site. Also very cool (even cooler) is the Tweetgrid Widget. Here’s one I’ve set-up on to track the keyword “movie”:

With the widget it’s very easy to follow in real-time as people discuss your keyword or niche. And if your niche has numerous keywords? No problem, that’s the “grid” part of Tweetgrid. You can set up the widget to display 4 or 6 or 8 or however many streams to follow.
