My buddy Alan D came into a number of quality vintage wristwatches from his brother’s estate and is having quite a lucrative summer selling off the collection on eBay.
I’ve never really understood the idea of wearing a $2,000 watch, being very happy with my old Gruen or one of my own creation specialty watches. But there is certainly is a lot of money to be made in Omega Speedmaster watches and older watches from other quality makers. Might just have to check out the possibilities further.
But first Alan D wants to go drink some Fosters and he’s buying.
